Job Description – Brand Manager

1. Role Mission

We are looking for a strategic mind with a global vision. This role requires mastery of brand narrative, digital and offline communication strategy, and public relations management.

This is a position designed to scale La Puta Suegra’s positioning as an international benchmark. The person in this role will be the strategic voice of the brand: defining what we say, how we say it, and where we say it.

2. Key Responsibilities

– Brand Strategy & Communications

  • Communication Plan: Definition, implementation and monitoring of the annual communication plan, aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Strategic Positioning: Development of strategies to consolidate La Puta Suegra as a creative benchmark both nationally and internationally, identifying opportunities for visibility and thought leadership within the industry.

 

– Social Media & Digital Content

  • Social Media Strategy: Leading the brand’s social media strategy. Definition of content pillars, editorial calendars, formats and KPIs per platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Production: Planning, conceptualization and oversight of content generation.
  • Community Management: Active management of the digital community. Strategic audience engagement, conversation monitoring and detection of trends relevant to the brand.
  • Innovation & Trends: Ongoing research into new platforms, emerging formats and digital trends to keep the brand at the forefront of communication.

 

– Web & Digital Ecosystem Management

  • Brand Website: End-to-end management of the corporate website: content updates, user experience optimization, coordination with development for technical improvements and ensuring visual and narrative consistency.

 

– Public Relations & Media Presence

  • External PR Agency Coordination: Acting as the main liaison with the outsourced PR agency. Strategic briefing, results tracking, press material validation and ensuring alignment with brand positioning and tone of voice.
    Media Presence & Representation: Managing and coordinating the brand’s and the CEO’s presence at events, trade fairs, conferences, podcasts and interviews. Preparation of briefings, key messages and supporting materials for each appearance. Attendance and representation when required.

 

– Reporting & Impact Measurement

  • KPIs: Definition of key performance indicators across all communication areas. Preparation of periodic results reports with qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Management team.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape, industry trends and brand perception to adjust strategy in an agile manner.

 

3. Academic Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, social media and/or public relations.

Education: Degree in Communications, Advertising & Public Relations, Marketing or similar.

  • Desirable: Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Digital Communications, Branding or Communications Management.
  • Languages:
    • Spanish: Native or bilingual.
    • English: Advanced level for international media management, copywriting and communication with global clients and partners.

 

4. Technical skills

  • Proficiency in social media management and digital analytics platforms.
  • Strategic writing and copywriting skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS for web content management is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic and visual sensibility.
