Notice. The User will be liable to La Puta Suegra or third parties for any damages resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.

Use of the Portal for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of La Puta Suegra or third parties, or that in any way overload, damage, or render unusable the networks, servers, or other IT equipment (hardware) or software of La Puta Suegra or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

Content

The User agrees to use the Content in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, as well as other applicable conditions, regulations, and instructions. By way of example, and under current legislation, the User must refrain from:

a) Reproducing, copying, distributing, making publicly available, communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content except where authorized by law or expressly permitted by La Puta Suegra or the rights holder.

b) Reproducing or copying for private use Content considered software or databases under intellectual property law, as well as public communication or making available to third parties when such acts necessarily involve reproduction by the User or a third party.

c) Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Portal’s Content or databases made available by La Puta Suegra.

Data Collection Forms

Subject to Clause 5 of this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policies accessible through the Portal, use of certain services or requests directed to La Puta Suegra may require prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

All information provided by the User through Portal forms must be truthful. The User guarantees the authenticity of the data provided and will keep it up to date to reflect their actual situation. The User is solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and any resulting damages to La Puta Suegra or third parties.

Linking to the Portal

Internet users wishing to link from their own websites to the Portal must comply with the following conditions:

a) Links may only point to the Portal’s homepage and cannot reproduce it in any way (inline links, text, graphics, etc.).

b) Frames of any kind that enclose the Portal or allow Content to be displayed through other URLs are prohibited if they: (I) cause confusion about the source; (II) create unfair comparison or imitation; (III) exploit La Puta Suegra’s brand or reputation; or (IV) violate applicable law.

c) No false or misleading statements about La Puta Suegra, its partners, employees, clients, or services may be made.

d) No statement may imply La Puta Suegra has consented, sponsored, verified, or supervises the linking party.

e) The use of La Puta Suegra trademarks or distinctive signs on the linking page is prohibited unless permitted by law or expressly authorized.

f) The linking page must comply with the law and may not include illegal, harmful, or immoral content; content that misleads Users into believing La Puta Suegra endorses the linking site; or content inappropriate to La Puta Suegra’s activities.
