1. Role mission
You will work directly with the Strategy & Growth area, supporting in:
- Research and analysis of new markets (national and international).
- Identification of expansion opportunities and strategic positioning.
- Competitor analysis, industry trends, and benchmarking.
- Research and mapping of potential clients, partners, and strategic contacts.
- Support in commercial pipeline development and lead generation.
- Assistance in the economic and financial analysis of new initiatives.
- Participation in internal strategic sessions related to company growth.
- Documentation and contribution to the improvement of internal policies and processes.
We are looking for someone with strategic curiosity and an analytical mindset who wants to understand from the inside how real growth is built within an expanding creative company.

- Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and structured way of working.
- Clear communication and ability to synthesize information.
- Professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in handling company information.
