Job Description – Finance Administration

We design and execute disruptive, high-impact, and aesthetically avant-garde experiences anywhere in the world.

1. Role Mission

We are looking for a hybrid profile, highly structured and solution-oriented. This role demands impeccable command of finance and administration, along with the ability to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a high-performance creative space.

This is a critical and strategic role designed to ensure the financial health of our productions, the excellence of our work environment, and the absolute optimization of the CEO’s time.

2. Key Responsibilities

– Comprehensive Financial Management: Oversight of general and analytical accounting (in coordination with external advisory firms), ensuring flawless financial closings.

– Profitability Control: Analysis of revenue, expenses, and profit margins per project/production. Identification of areas for optimization.

  • Cash Flow & Treasury: Proactive cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and direct liaison with banking institutions.
  • Budgets & Reporting: Preparation of annual budgets and clear, visual monthly/quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheets) to support.
  • Invoicing & Payments: Thorough management of the client invoicing cycle (domestic and international), collection follow-up, and supplier payment processing across multiple currencies.
  • Compliance & Taxation: Oversight of tax, regulatory, and labor compliance obligations.

3. Academic Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 4–5 years of solid experience in administration and finance departments.
    • Highly valued: experience in event agencies, audiovisual production companies, design studios, or businesses with international project operations.
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Languages
    • Spanish: Native or bilingual.
    • English: Advanced professional level (C1) for managing suppliers, international clients, and travel.

 

4. Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and profitability analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools and invoicing software.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
